If your new accessories aren’t the perfect fit for your pup, you can return them within 14 days and receive store credit to place a new order.

A refund request can be submitted within two weeks of delivery.

Refunds and store credits are processed after inspection at our warehouse:
- Full store credit – Item is unworn, tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Partial store credit – Packaging missing but item is unworn and in good condition (a $5 fee applies).
- No refund/store credit – Item is used, damaged (unrelated to warranty), or returned late.
